Here you can read about what applies when you buy a mileage log in our webshop.

General information

WorkMirror complies with Swedish laws and regulations. The purchase terms (“Terms”) apply when ordering via Workmirror.se (“Website”) with associated pages is made by you as a company (“you”) and the agreement is entered into between you and Enera International AB, corporate identity no. 556496-2321, VAT:
SE556496232101 (“WorkMirror” / “we” / ”us”). The terms apply to all agreements you enter into with Enera International AB.

We reserve the right to make typos, product changes, price adjustments and any final sales. In the event of incorrect prices, we reserve the right to adjust before and after processing the order. We do not take responsibility for information on the Website that comes from third parties.

Payment options

When you buy GPS transmitters and accessories from us, we offer two different payment methods * to choose from, namely:

Invoice annually (for orders of at least 10 units)

Card payment via the website (Credit card via Stripe: Visa, MasterCard & AmericanExpress)

After the payment has been made on our website, an order confirmation will be generated and sent to the specified E-mail address.

* Available payment methods may vary by country.

Subscription and cancellation

Invoicing for the WorkMirror service takes place, unless otherwise agreed, in arrears per year. Requests for invoicing monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually can be accepted depending on the product, volume and scope.

Cancellation of subscriptions is only accepted in writing by E-mail to support@workmirror.se or regular mail to Enera International AB, Nämndemansgatan 3, 431 33 Mölndal, Sweden.

Delivery

All products ordered by us are sent from Enera International AB, Nämndemansgatan 3, 431 33 Mölndal, Sweden unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Sweden

For delivery within Sweden, we offer three different delivery methods.

– Free shipping (1-3 days). The package delivery to the mailbox or postal agent depending on the size and value of the order.1

– Business package (1-3 days). The package is delivered door to door.

Shipping abroad (Norway, EU, WW)

The cost of shipping to Norway, the EU or WW is added depending on the weight and size of the package. The final shipping cost is always presented at checkout upon payment.

Depending on the value of the order, extra costs for customs handling may be added when importing goods. Contact the customs office in the country you are importing to for more information and to avoid unforeseen costs.

We collaborate with PostNord and DHL for logistics within and outside Sweden. Depending on the size, weight, value and priority of the delivery, different services are used. Based on the customer’s wishes, we offer alternative shipping options. Contact us for more information.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Swedish law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal presupposes that you notify us no later than 14 calendar days after you have received the product that you wish to use the right of withdrawal. To let us know that you want to cancel your purchase and use the right of withdrawal, contact our customer service by e-mail (info@Workmirror.se).

If you choose to exercise the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping. The consumer is responsible for any risks in return shipping; risks that include, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping. The product must be returned in essentially unchanged condition and in original packaging with associated packaging. In the event of scratches, dents or other damage, WorkMirror has the right to deduct the depreciation of the product or impose a reconditioning fee. When the item is received, the purchase amount is refunded within 10 days.

Companies do not have the right to return a product if the product packaging has been opened.

Warranty and complaint

Enera International AB sells all GPS-related products with a three-year warranty and a three-year right of complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. All guarantees apply in the EU / EEA

Companies only have the warranty right given by WorkMirror. The warranty period may vary depending on what has been agreed upon sale. Companies have no right of complaint in addition to the warranty right from WorkMirror.

Your order confirmation or receipt is valid as proof of warranty. Keep the document well as a presentation of the document is required when using a guarantee.

In the event of a complaint, contact us or create a return case before you send the goods to us.
